We’re looking for a Senior Creative Director provides creative vision, leadership, and oversight for UMGC’s digital advertising campaigns. This role shapes brand narratives and creative concepts across social, web, and video platforms, ensuring alignment with UMGC’s identity, accessibility standards, and enrollment marketing goals.

Senior Creative Director Day-to-Day Activities

  • Lead creative concepting, campaign design, and storytelling strategy.
  • Oversee digital asset creation, video editing, animation, and graphic design.
  • Collaborate with the Analyst to test and refine creative assets based on performance data.
  • Direct creative teams and subcontractors to ensure consistent brand execution.
  • Present creative concepts and deliverables to UMGC stakeholders for review and approval.

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSExperience leading creative campaigns for higher education or public institutions. | Familiarity with 508/ADA compliance for digital media. | Strong creative portfolio demonstrating digital and social campaign design.
SUITABILITY/SECURITY RQMTSMust pass background screening and comply with FERPA data handling requirements.
