Ascension is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphics Designer to support the development of high-impact multimedia learning products, including infographics, interactive presentations, and digital training assets. This role is critical to transforming complex concepts into visually engaging, learner-centered content that enhances comprehension, retention, and user experience across training programs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of visual storytelling, instructional design awareness, and technical design proficiency, enabling them to support enterprise-level training initiatives. This individual will play a key role in supporting Ascension’s mission to deliver innovative training and development solutions that drive workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.
Position Summary
The Graphics Designer will support the design and production of multimedia learning assets aligned with training and curriculum development efforts. This includes creating infographics, interactive presentations, digital learning visuals, and branded materials that enhance training delivery across virtual and in-person environments.
The ideal candidate is:

- Skilled at balancing creativity with compliance, ensuring outputs align with branding, accessibility (e.g., Section 508), and instructional standards
- Experienced in collaborating with SMEs, instructional designers, and program stakeholders
This role supports the development of engaging, accessible, and performance-driven learning experiences, leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft platforms to deliver high-quality outputs.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Design and develop infographics, visual aids, and digital learning assets to support training programs
- Create interactive presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Storyline-integrated visuals) aligned with instructional objectives
- Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate technical content into visual formats
- Ensure all deliverables meet branding guidelines, accessibility standards (Section 508), and quality expectations
- Produce graphics for eLearning modules, virtual classrooms, and training materials
- Support multimedia production efforts, including visuals for videos, animations, and digital platforms
- Revise and enhance existing training materials to improve user engagement and visual clarity
- Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Participate in stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
- Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and style guides
