We’re looking for a Client Engagement & Program Manager that serves as the primary liaison between Ascension LLC and the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). This position oversees day-to-day operations, deliverables, and communications for UMGC’s Digital Media Creative Production, Testing, and Optimization initiative, ensuring seamless coordination between Ascension’s internal teams, UMGC’s marketing office, and its media-buying partners.

Client Engagement & Program Manager Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Lead day-to-day project coordination, communications, and deliverable tracking.
  • Serve as UMGC’s main point of contact for all contract performance matters.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings, task updates, and reporting reviews.
  • Ensure creative, testing, and reporting milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative contract activities.
  • Coordinate workflow across creative, analytics, and subcontractor teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLSProficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSPMP or Agile Project Management certification. | Prior experience managing accounts in higher education or state contracts. | Familiarity with data-driven marketing analytics and performance metrics.
SUITABILITY/SECURITY RQMTSMust pass background screening and comply with FERPA data handling requirements.
