We are looking for a Clerical Specialist who provides administrative, document management, scheduling, and operational support to the project team. This role ensures organized, accurate, and timely processing of materials across all Task Orders.

Clerical Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to project staff and managers.
  • Maintain project files, folders, and document repositories.
  • Assist with meeting logistics, scheduling, and note-taking.
  • Perform data entry and assist with formatting reports and presentations.
  • Support organization of planning documents and operational materials.
