Ascension is seeking a proactive Administrative Specialist with expertise in FPDS-NG and federal contracting systems to provide critical support for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). This role focuses on managing contract documentation, supporting contract administration, and assisting senior leadership with office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have experience with federal procurement processes, FPDS-NG reporting, and data management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for contract management including data entry, tracking, and document preparation for FPDS-NG and USCG contract writing systems.
- Assist with market research, pre-solicitation documentation, and contract analysis.
- Maintain accurate contract files, including post-award invoice processing, FPDS-NG reporting, and data validation.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, briefings, interviews, and travel arrangements for senior USCG leadership.
- Assist in office supply management and data calls for internal and external stakeholders.
