Role summary
The Coaching Program Lead / Cohort Manager stands up and runs the 12‑month cohort program(s) end‑to‑end and leads the coaching operations across the entire engagement. The Lead builds selection criteria; manages applications; schedules and quality‑controls monthly 1:1 coaching; coordinates 10 in‑person workshops; tracks homework and networking compliance; and owns surveys, metrics, and the final cohort report. The Lead also supports the Monthly Educational Program (content/SME alignment) and interfaces with the Business Conference team on participant experience.
Day‑to‑day (what you’ll do)
- Cohort launch & selection. Draft eligibility and selection rubric (County approval), publish application, screen applicants, and finalize up to 15 members per cohort.
- Calendar & delivery. Build a 12‑month plan with 10 in‑person workshops (≥2 hours each) and a monthly coaching cadence for every cohort member.
- Coaching operations. Stand up coach roster; match coaches to needs; schedule monthly 1:1 sessions (≥30 min); monitor reimbursable coaching hours (cap 36 per participant); maintain coaching logs for invoicing and outcomes.
- Learning continuity. Coordinate with the Monthly Education team so training topics, homework, and coaching action plans reinforce each other; avoid scheduling conflicts with County programming.
- Participant engagement. Publish a monthly list of networking opportunities; track attendance and summaries; monitor homework compliance.
- Measurement & reporting. Administer pre‑program and post‑program surveys; build monthly dashboards; and produce the Final Cohort Program Report.
- Conference & monthly sessions support. Provide cohort perspective for the Business Conference (agenda inputs, coaching corner/mentor table, participant experience) and monthly sessions (SME alignment, post‑session coaching prompts).
- Logistics & compliance. Coordinate venues (in County), accessibility, registration workflows, and documentation per County guidance; topics must reflect current federal policy/market shifts affecting contractors.
