We are seeking for Training & Cohorts Director who owns design and delivery of Monthly Educational Training (in‑person/virtual/hybrid) and the Cohort Training Program(s) (12 months, 10 in‑person workshops) including curriculum design, instructors, and instruction quality.
Training & Cohorts Director Day‑to‑Day:
- Build annual training calendar; draft learning objectives, modules, and materials.
- Select instructors/SMEs from Federal, State/Local, and Corporate experts.
- Ensure cohort workshops are in person; align coaching/homework/networking requirements.
- Coordinate with Data Lead on pre/post surveys and outcomes; iterate topics monthly.
