We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications / QA Lead who is responsible for facilitating City Council and stakeholder interactions, developing communications products, and performing quality assurance reviews of all deliverables. This role ensures that analyses and reports are accessible, accurate, and aligned with City standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications / QA Lead Day-to-Day Activities:
- Coordinate and support stakeholder meetings, Council sessions, and briefings.
- Draft and edit communication materials, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
- Review and edit deliverables for grammar, clarity, and consistency with City style.
- Manage dissemination of approved materials through designated channels.
- Maintain project documentation and version control of deliverables.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring timely submission and compliance.
