We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Analyst that serves as the lead architect for campaign testing, analytics, and performance optimization. This role designs testing matrices, interprets performance data, and provides actionable insights to enhance creative impact and enrollment outcomes.

Digital Marketing Performance Analyst Day-to-Day Activities

  • Build and maintain campaign testing architecture across digital platforms.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics, user behavior, and engagement data.
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to test variations and optimize outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports summarizing performance results.
  • Present findings and data-driven recommendations to UMGC and Ascension leadership.
