Senior Organizational Diagnostic Methodologist / Organizational Health Analytics Consultant 2026P-0304
Ascension LLC is seeking a Senior Organizational Diagnostic Methodologist / Organizational Health Analytics Consultant to support a high-visibility federal organizational transformation effort for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center’s ICBM Systems Directorate. This part-time role will help validate a defensible organizational health diagnostic approach, baseline methodology, survey strategy, benchmarking logic, and longitudinal measurement framework.
The ideal candidate is a senior organizational assessment, I-O psychology, workforce analytics, or transformation consultant with experience translating complex organizational data into clear, executive-ready insights. This role is best suited for a self-directed advisor who can support senior-level decision-making in a sensitive, mission-focused federal environment.
Role Summary
The consultant will provide senior methodology oversight for organizational diagnostics, governance adoption measurement, organizational health assessment, and mission execution improvement analysis. This position will work with Ascension’s analytics, governance, and change management team to ensure the diagnostic model is statistically defensible, repeatable, and useful for executive interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate organizational diagnostic frameworks, survey constructs, and scoring logic.
- Advise on baseline measurement, longitudinal analysis, and benchmarking methods.
- Review surveys, interview protocols, focus group guides, and data collection plans.
- Define measures for organizational friction, governance ambiguity, decision latency, and change readiness.
- Support repeat-measurement design to assess improvement over time.
- Interpret quantitative and qualitative findings for executive-level decision-making.
- Review dashboards, briefings, assessment reports, and improvement recommendations.
- Identify risks related to sample size, response quality, data limitations, and comparability.
- Recommend mitigation strategies for weak, incomplete, or inconsistent diagnostic data.
- Support development of Government-usable assessment and sustainment artifacts.
- Participate in selected working sessions, methodology reviews, and leadership briefings.
- Ensure all recommendations remain advisory and compliant with federal consulting boundaries.
