Summary of the Role:
As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the administrative support for USCG’s contracting and procurement services. This includes assisting with contract documentation, maintaining data integrity in contract systems, managing project timelines, and supporting senior leadership. Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Provide administrative support for FPDS-NG and contract systems, ensuring accurate data entry and management.
  • Assist with procurement document preparation, ensuring all paperwork is completed per FAR guidelines.
  • Support senior leadership by organizing meetings, preparing briefing materials, and maintaining schedules.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Maintain and update contract tracking spreadsheets and data management systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency in contract records.
  • Coordinate internal processes and provide logistical support for project teams and client engagements.
