Ascension is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training delivery operations, including logistics management, scheduling, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
This role is mission-critical to ensuring seamless execution of training programs, enabling instructors, SMEs, and program leadership to focus on content delivery and learner engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, possesses strong coordination and communication skills, and has experience supporting training operations, workforce development programs, or enterprise learning environments.
This position plays a key role in supporting Ascension’s broader capabilities in training facilitation, curriculum delivery, and performance improvement, ensuring operational excellence aligned with federal program expectations .
Position Summary
The Administrative Analyst provides end-to-end operational and administrative support for training delivery, including scheduling, logistics coordination, LMS tracking, and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate is:

This role supports the customer by ensuring that training programs are well-coordinated, properly tracked, and executed efficiently, directly contributing to improved workforce readiness and program performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, including session planning, calendar management, and resource allocation
- Support end-to-end logistics for training delivery (virtual and in-person), including materials, facilities, and technology setup
- Administer and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records, including course enrollment, completion tracking, and reporting
- Monitor and validate training participation, attendance, and completion metrics
- Generate LMS reports and dashboards to support program leadership and performance tracking
- Communicate with instructors, SMEs, and participants to ensure timely dissemination of training information
- Prepare and distribute training materials, agendas, and participant communications
- Track and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues proactively
- Support training evaluations, surveys, and feedback collection efforts
- Maintain organized documentation of training records, SOPs, and administrative processes
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in scheduling or LMS workflows
